The goal of this video is to motivate farmers—especially those who have not yet embraced agriculture as a business—to come and learn firsthand from the Buseesa Demonstration Farm model.
According to Dr. Lubega Richard, the Executive Director of BCDO, “Buseesa Demonstration Farm is a 4-acre model farm established to drive the social and economic transformation of our communities.” He emphasizes that the farm is open to all farmers who wish to learn and adopt improved farming techniques.
Visitors to the farm will have the opportunity to explore and learn from a variety of enterprises, including: Piggery, Poultry, Dairy cattle, Fish farming, Rabbit rearing, Backyard gardening, Banana plantation, Hass avocado, Coffee farming, and more.
