The community members have been encouraged to focus on starting up daily income generating activities.
This call was made on 1st –Oct 2023 by Dr Lubega Richard the executive director for Buseesa Community Development Organization (BCDO) when addressing the community members of Kitengeeto parish during an outreach named community health and project promotion program organized by BCDO with the aim of promoting community health and development among the people of kibaale district.
He explained that it will act as a strong weapon to fight poverty by enabling community members afford daily savings and support effective planning for their finances.

Dr Richard also encouraged the community members to participate in government programs like EMYOGA and Parish Development Model (PDM) explaining that those programs are meant to uplift people’s financial standards.
He continued to advise the community members to put more emphasis on the education of their children insisting that it is the only way of defining their future.
