The executive director for Busesa Community Development Organization (BCDO) Dr Lubega Richard has cautioned residents to always be careful when making their expenditures,
He said this yesterday while addressing the community members of kayanja Sub County on the launching exercise for community health and project promotion campaign at st Andrew primary school, in igunda village kayanja sub county, kibaale district.
He said reckless spending has been the main cause of poverty amongst the people in the society because most people spent beyond their daily incomes.
He advised them to join savings and credit cooperative societies if they are to solve their financial problems in their families
The director also encouraged parents to educate their children in order to reduce the level of illiteracy in the society
Dr confirmed that when children get access to education it will reduce the level of crime rate in the community, a habit he proved that will facilitate the development of the society
