Under this she continued by saying that their main purpose is to encourage parents to make responsible decision about pregnancy that take into account the best interests of the family planning and guiding couples who wish to limit the size of their families or to attain their desired number of children, if any, and to determine the spacing of their pregnancies.

In her conclusion she therefore said that family planning it can also help couples in sexual relationship not be worried about the woman getting pregnant also can prevent HIV/AIDS with correct and consistent use of condoms.
