The staff and management Busesa Community Development Organization have been advised to have maximum cooperation by working together and helping one another if they are to continuously have high level of performance at work.
This call was made by Mr. Derrick Mugabi who is a management and performance professional on Friday 09/02/2024 during a general meeting based at improving the workers efficiency which was held at BCDO headquarters in Buseesa trading Centre, Matale Sub County, and Kibaale district with the aim of improving in capacity building and self-motivation amongst the human resource.
Mr. Derrick emphasized that, it will promote togetherness and harmony amongst them and in return it will smoothly facilitate the development of the organization and the community in general.
He continued to encourage workers for cooperation with the top management confirming that it helps on reduction of the rate of labor turn over within the organization.
It was a great day for the whole of Bcdo fraternity in general as it was seen as an opportunity to share some of the work experience in terms of challenges and achievements with the top management.
Dr Richard Lubega, the executive director, BCDO extended special praise to Mr. Derrick for his mentorship to the workers; he also applauded the employees for positively complying to the organizations programmes.
He said that it will be continuously done in order to keep the employees informed and committed to their work for the best of the organization and the community as per the aims of the organization.
He encouraged the workers to always have self-motivation and also inform the administration in case of challenges such that an appropriate resolution can be reached in time.
Meanwhile Kisakyakatonda Deogratius also part of the administration advised the staff to always co-operate in order to avoid collision at work, insisting that it will also ease the management role hence the success in achieving organization goals.
He further applauded the management and general staff for an incredible role they tirelessly perform in order to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and objectives.
The staff members led by Dr Martin Tumusiime, the incharge Busesa Medical Centre iii ,eagerly extended their special thanks to the Executive director Dr Richard Lubega for tirelessly working to his best to ensure that the organization stands.
They continued to convince the administration for organizing the mentorship programme and bringing Mr Derrick assuring that it will smoothly facilitate the organization’s development by keeping them focused to the organization’s rules and regulations.
